Claudio Nannini was born in Modena on August 21, 1961. He runs his own laboratory in Modena at Via Giardini 60 with three collaborators: Luca, Augustin, and Anna.
He has been a member of Antlo since 1985 and a speaker since 1988. He is a member of the Scientific Committees of the journals “dental dialogue” and “Quintessenza Odontotecnica.” He has participated, as a speaker, in numerous national and international events, in particular at the Colloquium Dental 2011, 2019, 2021, and 2023, at the Midwinter in Chicago in 2017, and at the Amici di Brugg Congress in 2005, where he held the pre-congress course together with Dr. Giuseppe Cuman and Prof. Rudolf Slavicek, and in 2024 with Dr. Sandro Pradella.
He has also gave speeches at AIOP congresses, in particular at the international edition in 2025 in Bologna. He has written various articles in national and international journals such as: “Quintessenza odontotecnica” – “Il Laboratorio Odontotecnico” – “RTD” – “dental labor” – “dental dialogue” – “teamwork-clinic.” He is the author, with his colleague Massimo Baldin and Doctors Giuseppe Cuman and Roberto Masnata, of the book “La protesi totale secondo Slavicek” (Total Prosthesis According to Slavicek), published by teamwork media srl. In 2015, the book “Aesthetic and Function” was published by teamwork media srl. In 2023, the book (also in e-book version) on Dental Wear, written together with Doctors Sandro Pradella and Stefano Lombardo, was published by teamwork media srl. For years, he has continuously held courses for doctors and technicians on Gnathology in relation to aesthetics and function (also in collaboration with Dr. Stefano Lombardo), on Press Techniques with lithium disilicate and zirconia and on Total Prosthesis together with Dr. Sandro Pradella.
