Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Ferrara in 1991; graduation in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Florence. He attended several courses in Sweden at the Brånemark Clinic for years and he collaborated with Prof. Stefan Lundgren of the University of Umeå – Sweden, Dr. Eric Van Dooren Antwerp – Belgium and Dr. Mauro Fradeani. Speaker at national and international courses and congresses. He is also author of publications in the field of implantology. He has participated in various studies on immediate function, guided surgery and post-extraction implants. In 2012 Lecturer at the Master in Computer Assisted Implant Prosthetics at the University of Genoa and at the European Master in Computer Assisted Surgery at the University of Padua. President-elect of the Computer Assisted Academy of Implantology (CAI Academy) in the year 2013-2014. Author of the book Digital Implantology (Quintessence International) translated in a lot of languages. Co-author of the book Fundamentals of Esthetic Implant Dentistry, edited by Wiley. He mainly deals with oral surgery, periodontology and implantology. He works in his own dental practice in Faenza.
