Recently the relation of periodontal disease and general health condition is focused in medical community and general society. In dental field, it is suggested that the effect of periodontal treatment can control periodontal disease infection and inflammation, also improving general health condition. 

The guide line for succeeding the treatment with prosthesis and improving patient oral condition is necessary at dental practice from the point of view of dental technician. It consists of esthetics, functionality, biological homeostasis and structural mechanism.

I believe that the ability of beauty such as “natural beauty, functional beauty, modelling beauty and artistic beauty” is very important to create the prosthesis considering the guide line. Beauty and health are connected very closely, if dental technician can seek “What is the true beauty” and faces to each clinical cases eagerly, it realizes patient better smile and health.
