The B.O.P.T. and the digital worlds

The B.O.P.T. (Biological Oriented Preparation Technique) is a simplified prosthetic procedure that allows you to intervene in clinical cases that have already been treated prosthetically, without multidisciplinary interventions. New concepts will be examined: controlled invasion of the sulcus, emerging profiles of adaptation, differentiated abrasion which are part of the technique itself. Step by step cases with long-term follow-up will be presented as proof of the stability of the aesthetic results. The concepts of the B.O.P.T. they have also been transferred to the implant field with the creation of millable vertical abutments. The consequent thickening of the soft tissues allows for greater stability of the same and better aesthetics in the marginal area. The further evolution of these concepts was the creation of a transgingival implant with a vertical component: the PRAMA.
