He is an active member of the European Academy of Aesthetics (EAED); member of the American Academy of Restoration (AARD); active member of the American Academy of Microscopy (AMED) and he is a graduate of the American Association of Implantology I.CO.I. (International Congress of Oral Implantologists); he is a founding member of the Italian Academy of CAD-CAM and an emeritus member of the Amici of Brugg. He is the author of numerous publications published in print and of a first atlas text on precision in collaboration with the dental technicians A. Battistelli and R. Pascetta “Precision in prosthetic restoration” (Resch Editrice Quintessence, 1993), and of the book in 2 Volumes “Aesthetics and Precision” written with the dental technicians R. Pascetta and G. Romeo published by Quintessence International, 2004 and translated into seven languages. Pioneer in the use of stereo microscope in the clinic he has been using since 1989.
